I think that it is followed more than it is broken simply because most people are smart enough to wear helmets, not because pictures are actually turned down for POD because of lack of helmets.

Canada is a big place dude. It snowed here in September and we just had another blizzard last week. That makes 8 months. Should be going away now though. Awesome photo, but no reason to move to Canada.

what the heck is up with all of the random prob giving. h-corekid and gustavoSC both said practically the same thing. That he was going to make a Tsunami, and one got -63 props and the other got +31 Only give props if you mean it people. otherwise they're pointless.
